WORKPLACE SKILLS COURSE

FOR UNEMPLOYED YOUTH & EMERGING PROFESSIONALS

35.5 Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Credits

ABOUT

THE COURSE

The Workplace Skills for Emerging Professionals course prepares young trainees for their roles. It also creates employment opportunities for unemployed youth.

Joining well-established corporate and experienced dynamic teams can be exciting and overwhelming.

In this course, we teach workplace skills that guarantee success, share practical tips for building self-confidence and promote preparedness and excitement about the workplace. More importantly, we begin to assess the application of professional skills during interaction with the course participants, giving them a feel of the actual work environment.

The recruits eager to impress in their new jobs become ready to fit in, learn, and adapt to the organisation’s culture. When young professionals adapt faster in the workplace, they perform better and remain committed to their career goals. Participants who are already on the job receive five free coaching and mentoring calls with the course facilitator.

The course is offered in a blended learning method and can be tailored to meet the needs of clients and participants.
